★ Japanese sentence structure is simple: Time + Details + Verb
毎朝7時に起きます (maiasa shichi ji ni okimasu) – “every morning + at 7 + I wake up”
★ At (time): に (ni)

★ From (time) to (time): から〜まで (kara ~ made)
