文法（Grammar）：普通形＋上は

意味 (Meaning)：「～したのだから当然こうすべきだ」というニュアンスが強い。「～以上」や「～からには」と同じ意味で使われ、決意・義務・アドバイス・禁止 などの文章が続くことが多い。

英語（English）：It strongly conveys the nuance of “since something has been done, one should naturally do so.” It is used in the same sense as “~以上” or “~からには,” and is often followed by sentences expressing determination, obligation, advice, or prohibition.
