こんにちは(konnichiwa)! Hi, everyone. It's me Kanako. In this blog, I am sharing a great tip to learn Japanese along with some grammar and useful example sentences with English translations. You can search for them using the search bar.

In recent years, vegan and plant-based eating has become more accessible—even in Japan, where traditional diets often center around fish and meat. Whether you’re living here or just traveling, it’s now easier than ever to find vegan-friendly meals at popular chain restaurants.

In this post, I’ve put together a list of 15 well-known chains in Japan offering plant-based options you can enjoy casually. From burgers and ramen to curry and donuts—there’s more out there than you might expect!

⚠️ Please note: While all items were confirmed to be vegan-friendly at the time of writing, recipes may change. Always double-check allergen info or ask staff directly when ordering—especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.
